This feature allows you to view from the Properties of a Document the document statistics including last time a document was generated, who generated it and how many documents were generated.

From the any screen of CollectMax, select Definitions, Document, Master Documents
to display the Master Document Screen.
Click to Select the Document to view statistics and click the 
button to display the document properties.
In the lower right hand corner will be listed the last time the Document was generated, who generated it and how many times the document has been generated since document statistics were being tracked.
Note: This feature will only count statistics going forward and will not calculate documents generated in the past.
